1. Agreement
By creating an account or using AURAX (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AURAX.
2. What AURAX provides
AURAX provides trading-automation software (an Expert Advisor) for the MetaTrader 5 platform, together with a web portal to configure and monitor it. AURAX is a software and tooling provider only. We do not operate a broker, hold client funds, execute trades on your behalf, or provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice.
3. Trading risk — no guarantees
Trading foreign exchange, gold and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Automated strategies do not guarantee profit. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions and outcomes on your own account, and you should only trade with money you can afford to lose.
4. Eligibility & your account
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use automated trading tools. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, MT5 account details and license keys secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Licenses
Each MT5 account you register receives a license key that authorises the bot to run on that account. License keys are personal to your account and may not be shared, resold or transferred. We may deactivate a license for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
6. Free trial & payment
We offer a free trial on a demo account before any charge applies. After the trial, continued use of a live account requires an active paid plan. Fees and billing periods are shown on our Pricing page and in your portal and may change with notice; live, confirmed payment processing is being finalized (see Pricing for current status). Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a license lapses without renewal, the EA stops opening new positions on that account; positions already open at your broker remain yours to manage in MT5 regardless of billing status.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute or tamper with the Service, use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use it in a way that harms other users or the Service.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Markets, brokers, connectivity and third-party platforms are outside our control and may affect the bot’s operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURAX is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for non-payment. On termination, your license keys are deactivated.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law & disputes
The governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms have not yet been finalized by the AURAX legal owner and are not stated here as final — see the placeholder note below.
